Cookies Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026. This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can manage them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as localStorage can store preferences in your browser. They help sites remember choices and understand usage patterns.
How we use cookies
Scalenetsys Digital uses essential cookies and storage to keep the site functional (for example remembering your cookie choice) and, only if you accept, optional analytics cookies to learn which course and article pages are useful. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to courses information, forms, or content.
Types we use
Essential: required for basic operation and consent recording. Analytics: optional measurements of aggregated page views. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| scalenetsys_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner | Until cleared (localStorage) | Scalenetsys Digital |
| sn_session_route | Maintains basic navigation continuity for form error recovery | Session | Scalenetsys Digital |
| _sn_analytics | Aggregated page-view counts when analytics are accepted | 6 months | Scalenetsys Digital |
| _ga / _ga_* | Optional analytics identifiers if a measurement tag is enabled after consent | Up to 14 months | Google Analytics (if enabled) |
Managing or disabling cookies
Use the banner’s Accept or Reject controls on your first visit. To change later, clear site data for scalenetsys.digital in your browser settings and reload the page—the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies entirely via browser settings; essential features that rely on localStorage for consent may re-prompt you.
Third-party cookies
If analytics are enabled after you accept, a third-party measurement provider may set cookies. Embedded images from public image hosts do not set Scalenetsys tracking cookies. Fonts loaded from Google Fonts may involve a network request to Google; see their documentation for details.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics simply means we will not measure optional usage. The site, contact form, and learning information remain available. Blocking all cookies may require you to restate preferences more often and can affect some browsers’ ability to remember consent.

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
