Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed, paid enrolments in our courses and workshops. Informational prices on the website are not charges. Complimentary seats and preview materials are not refundable because no fee was paid.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if the programme has not started and you have not accessed more than the orientation materials. For live cohorts, “started” means the first scheduled live session has begun.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the programme starts but before the midpoint (measured by scheduled sessions or module release dates stated in your confirmation), we may offer a partial refund of up to 40% of fees paid, less any non-recoverable third-party sandbox costs itemised on your invoice. After the midpoint, fees are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Aftercare Hours once delivered, custom on-site kickoff travel already incurred, and issued completion certificates are non-refundable. Seat transfers to a colleague in the same organisation may be allowed instead of a refund if requested before the second live session.

Cancellation by Scalenetsys Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee. If we reschedule by more than 14 days and you cannot attend, you may request a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email contact@scalenetsys.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason. You may also call 2420 2328. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible (typically bank transfer against the invoice). Currency conversion differences on international transfers are outside our control.

Exceptions

We may consider compassionate exceptions (serious illness or bereavement) documented in writing, even outside the standard windows. Abuse of the policy, sharing of cohort credentials, or material breach of the Terms may void refund eligibility.
