By accessing this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. If you enrol on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Scalenetsys Digital provides educational content about financial auditing practices for network scaling costs. Course descriptions, schedules, and informational pricing may change. Enrolment is confirmed only after we accept your request and issue an invoice or written confirmation. This site does not process payments.

Accounts and conduct

You must provide accurate contact details and keep login credentials confidential where sandbox access is issued. You may not share cohort materials publicly, attempt to disrupt the site, or use our content to misrepresent findings as certified audits of third parties without appropriate professional engagement.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, worksheets, and course materials are owned by Scalenetsys Digital or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials for your internal learning during and after a programme you lawfully joined. You may not resell, republish, or white-label our materials without written permission.

Student work and confidentiality

If you upload redacted invoices or utilisation data to a sandbox, you remain responsible for ensuring you have rights to share that information. We treat such uploads as confidential training inputs and do not use them for marketing.

Disclaimers

Training is educational. It is not legal, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a formal audit engagement. Outcomes depend on your data quality and organisational decisions. We do not guarantee specific savings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Scalenetsys Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrolment in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future activity.
