Data we collect

We collect identity and contact data you provide (name, email, optional topic, message content), enrolment details, payment references handled offline via invoice, technical logs such as IP address and browser type, and cookie preferences as described in our Cookies Policy.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver courses, improve site performance, meet accounting obligations, and—where you accept analytics cookies—understand which pages help learners. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a training business, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligation where records must be kept.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer conversation continues. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for at least seven years to meet Hong Kong business record expectations. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Your rights

Children

Our services are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
